Jet Systems Class

Course provides a complete systems overview and description of all major systems on the Canadair CRJ aircraft. Normal, Abnormal and Emergency operation of each system is explained. The course also includes simulations of the Collins FMS 4200 including the basic panel, and flight programming.

Flight Training Device

This is a short course in basic instrument flying skills including, basic handling maneuvers, steep turns, holding patterns, instrument arrival and instrument approaches. This segment is designed to familiarize the student with the procedures as conducted in current glass airline cockpits.

Level D Full Motion Simulator

The Level D Sim allows the student to enter a full motion simulator before the typical Airline Simulator Evaluation. This advanced training allows the student to become familiar with a large turbine jet systems and procedural training. Students will be able to log a full 8 hours hours of Level D simulator time and continue their familiarization with Part 121 operations.

All Level D simulator traning is taught by former airline pilots who are familiar with Part 121 procedures and have the experience needed to guide our students on their way to a successful Airline Career.
